I am a driven and detail-oriented data professional based in Pretoria, South Africa, holding an Honours degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science from the University of Limpopo. I combine a strong mathematical foundation with practical skills in data engineering, analytics, and cloud computing. Currently interning at Itthynk Smart Solutions, I design and implement cloud-based data pipelines using AWS services including S3, Glue, Redshift, and Lambda. I hold AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Data Engineer — Associate certifications, and work daily with SQL, Python, and Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights. My project experience spans the full data stack — from building multi-layered data warehouses with Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, to developing machine learning models for fraud detection and match outcome prediction, to creating interactive Power BI dashboards for business intelligence. I thrive in environments where data solves real problems, and I am actively looking for opportunities to grow into a senior data engineering or data science role.
